Hans is one of the highest producing real estate agents in the United States and is considered one of the industry's thought leaders. A seasoned entrepreneur with a B.A. from Yale University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School, Hans brings a high level of financial rigor and business acumen to each transaction.

Along with his brother and business partner, Steve, Hans has co-authored several articles on real estate for The Washington Post, as well as a book, Inside The Sell. Hans has trained and mentored scores of agents over the years, received dozens of awards including being recognized as the "Most Innovative Realtor in America" (Inman News), and built Wydler Brothers into a highly respected boutique brokerage firm which he and Steve sold to Compass in 2019.
