"There are many levels of stress in life and buying a home is one of the big ones. When I first met Theo, it was a very comfortable experience. He is very professional, dressed the part, very intelligent, experienced, honest, efficient, and followed all COVID-19 safety procedures. The bonus is he has a laid-back way of looking at life with a relaxing sense of humor. He was very calm and had a lot of patience and understanding when I emailed, texted, or called at the last minute to look at homes the next day. He would have all the information sheets on the homes that was scheduled and a map numbering the homes in the order we were to view them - super efficient time wise. He would have, "around the clock," updates if the home went off the market the next morning prior to us leaving our house saving us a trip. He was straightforward and said, "if you see something you don't like, lets move on." This saved a lot of time to spend on looking at homes we were interested in. Theo would make quick work of contacting the seller's agent to answer any and all questions we had about the property. The property we were looking to purchase was going to have an open house that weekend and would probably be off the market. Theo is so fast and efficient, but always courteous and professional, got the offer written up so well that the sellers accepted right away and took the house off the market before the weekend - no open house, no competition, done deal! We are so very, very happy with our new home. Lastly, and on a very personal note, the days spent with Theo was like calling up a family friend or brother that is a real-estate agent who really knows and cares for you to find a house to call home. With Theo is it not about the money, it is about caring for others before himself. He does his absolute best to ensure you are happy with the home you purchased, that his commitment doesn't stop when the transaction is done. Theo is there to help whenever you need him. A perfect example of Theo's commitment to go the extra mile was when we were viewing a condo that ended up getting an offer on it right during our visit. Without pausing for a second, he asked if I had any more homes on my list to see and we immediately scheduled a viewing of it later that night and drove over to see it. Theo always went out of his way to make my experience as easy and stress-free as possible and never once made me feel like I was inconveniencing or troubling him.
