Established in 1935, Westmoreland Hills is situated off Massachusetts Ave, and is the first neighborhood in Bethesda after crossing the Northwest DC border. Hans has lived in the community for 20+ years with his wife and two children. You may see him at Westmoreland Hills Park walking his dog, Charlie, or running or biking along the Capital Crescent Trail that borders the neighborhood. Hans loves Westmoreland Hills and its amazing sense of community (from the 4th of July Parade, to the Halloween Parade, Bark in the Park party and family events at the “Little House”). WMH is incredibly convenient, just minutes to the shops, restaurants and offices in Spring Valley (we love Millie’s), Friendship Heights and Bethesda Row. It also is easily accessible to downtown with multiple commuter routes, and to Northern Virginia as well.
