Earlier this month, we had the privilege of attending “The Compass 100” where Compass invited its top 100 agents (out of 30,000) from across the country for a week of networking, brainstorming, and wine and dining in The Big Apple. After a week of hanging with the top real estate minds in the industry, we thought we'd share our key take-aways:
Show up. In a zoom world, being physically present is a huge advantage. If you’re the one in the room, you'll learn faster and be more likely to get the opportunity.
Protect your mindset. See every challenge as an opportunity. These turbulent times create openings for innovation and a chance to pick up market share. When others are braking, hit the gas! Run towards problems!
Relationships are everything, and a good relationship starts with trust. People don’t care what you know until they know that you care.
Stay up to date on the latest real estate trends.
What a difference a month makes!
